Recycled Plastic Materials
ODOBEZ Injection Plastique injects every year about 1,000 tons of recycled plastic raw materials, which represents about 80% of our processed materials.
We have developed for many years our process and invest every year to improve it and protect the environment.
These recycled raw materials are mainly post-industrial waste which we buy from plastic manufacturers. Therefore, these clean materials are ground and mixed before being transferred to our injection moulding area.
Furthermore, we inject recycled raw materials bought on the market, nevertheless they usually need to be futher processed.
Our contents and accessories are therefore mainly made of recycled materials which are as well recyclable.
At the heart of the national Haut-Jura Park, Odobez Injection Plastique designs and manufactures low footprint products.
Our company got the label MORE 2022, first European certification label whpremier label européen qui valorise l’action des plasturgistes pour l’économie circulaire et l’intégration de matières plastiques recyclés dans la production.
